Strategic Advisory

Nautilus’s general advisory practice builds a bridge between where the business is today and where the owners and operators desire to see the business at some reasonable time down the road, typically five years. We start by gaining a deep understanding of the company’s current condition through a systematic, cross-functional SWOT analysis informed by honest conversations with ownership and all functional leaders. Working with the owners and leaders we then scope out a consensus vision for the desired future condition.

With the end points defined, we collaborate with management to architect the bridge that will span that divide. The blueprints will be customized to the company's circumstances and management will execute the build, so they’ll know where every girder, arch, beam and bolt lies, if corrective actions are ever required.
